How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your desired design or upload your custom photo, and add the item to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Yes! Our refrigerator magnets and handwoven bouquet blankets can be fully customized. You can upload your own photos, names, dates, or messages — just follow the customization instructions on the product page.
Our standard production time for custom items is 5–7 business days, followed by 7–15 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs may vary by country. You can view the shipping rate and estimated delivery time at checkout before completing your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at minoz0818@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve it quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

Order Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
